In July, a small but exquisite cookbook will be on display at the PANEUM: a faithful copy of the baking book "Choice Recipes", which was published in 1913 by the former American chocolate company Walter Baker & Company.

As in the original, it shows numerous chocolate recipes from various experts of the time on 25 x 17 mm. The cover is decorated with a painting by the Swiss painter Jean-Étienne Liotard.
