The 2025 harvest has delivered encouraging results in both Austria and Germany – in terms of both quality and quantity.
Alongside good yields, the first baking trials have also shown positive outcomes.
Despite this overall favorable assessment, the enzyme activity of the flours requires careful monitoring. Differences in quality and regional variations may necessitate adjustments during processing to ensure consistently uniform results in bread and baked goods.
