During the national championships at the Salzburg Exhibition Centre, she impressively demonstrated just how much craftsmanship is involved in the baking profession.

Greta, who already completed her apprenticeship as a baker/confectioner at backaldrin, is now working in the Export Bakery. Under the theme “Shanghai Legends,” she impressed with an extraordinary creation of the Oriental Pearl Tower wrapped by a dragon. With this masterpiece, she deservedly claimed first place. In addition, she qualified for the EuroSkills 2027 in Düsseldorf.
