A wide range of deck and rack ovens from different manufacturers and in different sizes, refrigeration and freezing systems, small baked-goods systems and even a laminating system serve to prepare for or simulate every possible scenario that the baking industry might encounter. DOUGH SHEETING LINE
A dough sheeting line is far more than just a machine – it turns dough into an endless band full of possibilities. With precision and care, breads, rolls, and pastries are crafted, each piece perfectly uniform and of the highest quality. What sets it apart is that it combines artisanship with technical excellence, transforming an efficient process into true bakery craftsmanship.
Bakery for application technology
In what is known as application technology, we develop new applications for the original recipes. Looking at the example of Pane Scuro and GlüxNuss, we subsequently developed Wurzelbrot, GlüxDuo and Krustis. In this bakery, Kurt Seyrkammer and his team mainly cater to the wishes of key customers, testing new possibilities for them and providing them with fresh ideas for tried-and-tested products. The most important equipment in this area includes the small baked-goods line and the dough strip line, which is located in a separate room.
