Creams made with Sahnissimo® are characterised by a balanced sweetness and a natural taste. Sahnissimo® contains no artificial colours or flavours and also has good freezing and thawing properties. Sahnissimo® is available in three flavours – neutral, strawberry and chocolate – allowing for the preparation of a variety of sweet sensations. The natural cream can be used to decorate all types of cakes, fill pastries and confectionery or be turned into magical mousse creations.
