In our in-house laboratory, comprehensive analyses and total control of all raw and finished products, as well as certified systems, guarantee a consistently high product quality. Longstanding partnerships with suppliers also contribute to this, because backaldrin knows the companies and the people behind the raw materials. Thus, after careful testing, only high quality and selected raw materials are used in production.

 

Strict quality and safety controls and compliance with all hygiene regulations are the highest principles throughout the production process. In scaling up, new developments go through many stages, from laboratory samples and the pilot mixer to the large mixing plant. In product development, one thing is certain: what doesn’t completely satisfy backaldrin will never reach your bakery.

backaldrin International The Kornspitz Company is IFS Version 6 certified. backaldrin’s organic range complies with EU Regulation 834/2007. Compliance with these regulations is regularly audited and confirmed by Austria Bio Garantie. The certificates are available on request.
