backaldrin was certified according to ISO 22000:2005 following a comprehensive audit. ISO 22000 is an international standard defining the demands imposed on management system to ensure food safety.
Score points with quality
backaldrin was happy to subject itself to a quality check at the beginning of the year. The result of the comprehensive audit was the IFS Certificate, which once again attested that backaldrin was granted certification at the "highest level".
SOLETTI Mini Kornspitz® is always around
The Kornspitz® grain roll is just as popular a brand in bakeries as it is successful. Now it is in the process of conquering Austria’s snack shelves. The Kornspitz® can now be purchased effective immediately, but at 2 grams each, it is somewhat lighter, and packed in 125g packages.
