backaldrin was happy to subject itself to a quality check at the beginning of the year. The result of the comprehensive audit was the IFS Certificate, which once again attested that backaldrin was granted certification at the "highest level".
"For us, the IFS certificate provides official confirmation that we have put our operations on the right track in recent years to ensure food safety, which is worth a lot to customers and consumers. For backaldrin, food safety is the top priority”, says backaldrin owner Peter Augendopler. The International Food Standard (IFS) serves as a common standard with a uniform evaluation system designed to assess the quality level of producers.
