Fulfilling this mission already begins at the very first step of product development. Every creation, whether an improver for wheat bread or a new brand name bread, is put to the acid test. Any product which does not fully convince backaldrin of its merits will not end up in your bakery. Innovative products require selected, top quality ingredients. The decisive phase in developing a new product is the targeted selection and strict testing of the ingredients. They are evaluated and tested using the most advanced methods of analysis. These ingredients will only be used in the production process if they fulfil all the pre-defined criteria.

backaldrin has concluded long-term partnerships with its suppliers to ensure the consistent high quality of its products. backaldrin has an intimate knowledge of these firms and the people behind them.

Strict quality control and food safety processes and adherence to all hygienic regulations are the principles guiding the entire production process. Within the context of scaling up to full scale production, the new products go through many stages of development, from the initial laboratory samples to the pilot plant mixer and finally to the large mixing facility.
